Township Engineering
Oliver Surveying & Engineering, Inc. serves as Township Engineer for eleven Townships in central Minnesota. As Township Engineer, Oliver Surveying & Engineering, Inc. works with the Township Boards to provide the following engineering services:
Develop road maintenance programs and road upgrade budgets
Identify existing gravel roads for scheduled maintenance and upgrade
Evaluate drainage improvements
Develop road construction standards for new roads
Developer Agreements and procedural checklists for Developers
Assist the Town Board in the review of new plats
Address drainage issues and proposed road configurations
Prepare the Developer’s Agreement
Assist the Township with inspection of new road construction
Oliver Surveying & Engineering, Inc. has experienced professional Land Survey support staff to provide townships with legal descriptions for new easements, easement vacations or easement modifications due to platting, boundary surveys and mapping.
